"Kiwi Cliffs Villa was a great experience from reservations through receipt of deposit. Working with owners Phil & Alisa was a pleasure and caretakers Eddie & Mary are friendly and helpful as well. The villa itself is laid-out perfectly for being together or for privacy. The location is unbelievable, one of the best views from a villa that I have ever experienced which includes Positano, Italy on the Amalfi Coast. When you are there you will never see another person, it's your own little beautiful world. I never wanted to leave the villa, just wanted to stay in the pool all day staring at the seascape and listening to the water crashing on the rocks below. This place is certainly what you see is what you get, no false advertising here. Also for renting a car, you can't beat the personal family service and quality of Amalie Car Rental. "Amazing, spectacular, simply wonderful. Just a few choice words, I simply cannot describe how much fun we had at the villa. It in my opinion was the best spot on the Island to stay. Right on the side of the cliff looking over the crystal blue water. Watching the pelicans dive for fish in the morning and flying just a few feet over you while you are laying in the pool. We stayed at the villa for 12 wonderful days. With the wedding on the beach and the perfect accomadations at the villa, it was like a dream come true. More perfect than anyone could imagine! Something we will never forget! We are already taking about next year returning for our anniversary. We can't thank you enough for everything. And Eddie was great - he came to check on us and was awesome to just chat with.

"I thought it best to e-mail you to express my utter delight with Kiwi Cliffs. My friends and I are very well-traveled and have spent a lot of time in the Caribbean over the years. We've rented villas on many different islands but NONE have come close to providing the beauty, ambience and exquisite comfort of your beautiful home. In fact, we were so taken with the glorious views that we were reluctant to sightsee or even shop in world-famous Charlotte Amalie!

The house is just so perfect for gatherings such as ours -- old friends who haven't seen one another for a while as well as friends who just enjoy each others company. Each and every one of my guests had a ball and in fact, one couple may be interested in renting for a family gathering early next year. We're trying to put plans together for next year to do it all over again and will be in touch with you as soon as we can."

"We have returned from our stay at your lovely villa on the island of St. Thomas and had an absolutely wonderful time. We missed the plane out of Wichita (go figure!) so had to take a cab to Mahogany Run and then try to find the house. That was fun!!!! The others who had arrived ON TIME met Michael (son of Eddie) and Magdalena (Amalie Car) with the rental car and were at the villa when we arrived about an hour and a half behind them. I never met either one during the stay but was told they were absolutely wonderful and helpful. Constantin (Amalie Car) met us at the airport and it was so easy to just turn the keys over to him and walk away.

We had a truly wonderful time there and I am certainly looking forward to a repeat visit. We sailed with Capt Max and First Mate Julie on what turned out to be the best weather day there. I would say that day was the highlight as far as excursions.....which were limited to that and eating out and shopping.

We were good stewards of your property and enjoyed every inch of it. We also enjoyed the daily visits from the iguanas. We only saw one big one at a time so I don't know if there is more than one big guy around or not....but he was enough to get our attention. He evidently hasn't read your material as he would walk the infinity wall to the pool. We tried to warn him........

People have asked us if the property was as good as the pictures and our response has been "Better!" Thanks again for sharing your property with us. It is a beautiful home and we thoroughly enjoyed it!"

"Laid Back Luxury - 10 days of pure relaxation. The villa was everything that it was represented to be on the web site. This was our second trip to St. Thomas - and we enjoyed the north side of the island a little more because the breezes were very cooling. No need to even turn on the a/c! The pool and deck area is where we spent 90% of our time. You would be hard pressed to find a nicer set up. Amalie Car met us at the airport and their property manager escorted us to the villa.

All in all this was exactly what we were looking for and expect to be back next year."

"Paradise in Paradise - What can we say other than WOW! My husband and I vacationed at Kiwi Cliffs for our honeymoon and could not believe it was better than the pictures. The views were breath taking and the privacy was wonderful (no fighting over lounge chairs by the pool like at a resort).

One thing, it's really big and for just two people you kind of get overwhelmed at first, next time we go we will definitely invite SEVERAL friends. Another thing, this house has a lot of the latest technological advancements, so if you're not familiar with how these things work, you may find yourself spending a lot of time looking at owner manuals.

"Kiwi Cliffs Villa is everything that is advertised on the web site and more. To give everyone some perspective, we have rented villas in St. Croix, South Padre Island Texas, San Diego, Old Orchard Beach Maine, York Beach Maine to name a few and this villa was the best we have stayed in. Taking nothing away from our other vacation rentals that were all good to great, but Kiwi Cliffs is a notch above. For our traveling companions this was their first villa rental and they were in awe of the villa, amenities, comfort and views. The views from the villa were dynamic from every angle. The amenities, appliances and extras at Kiwi Cliffs were terrific, abundant and very useful. It was the above and beyond touches that made this villa better than any we had stayed at. Bedrooms were well furnished and very comfortable and the baths were terrific. The indoor/outdoor stereo system was a nice touch, the satellite TVs came in handy to watch the Red Sox clinch a playoff spot.

Upon arrival the property manager was at the airport and most accommodating. He was also available during the week and gave a friendly check in call a couple of times. It was service like this that made our stay much better. We felt very secure at the villa from the complex security to the gated entry of the villa. Both couples came home from a perfect vacation and it was in large part due to Kiwi Cliffs Villa.

"We had a fabulous Thanksgiving in St. Thomas while our kids were on break from school. Kiwi Cliffs was the perfect home to relax after a long day of snorkeling, sailing, and fun-in-the-sun without the crowds of a resort. The view and crashing waves of the ocean was the "stress free" vacation we all needed. My favorite was watching the sunrise from the bed and the view out the shower's bathroom window. Most important, it's central location made it easy for us to explore St. Thomas & St. John with our own car. This trip was "one to remember" ...Magen's Bay, Coki Beach, Red Hook, Trunk Bay, Hawksnest, as you can see by our picture perfect photographs. Tell Eddie we hated to leave without thanking him for his hospitality. You have what everybody wants... island time and memories that never slip away. Hope to visit again soon.

The house is layed out perfectly for relaxation. We took advantage of all your amenities: DVD collection, Stereo inside and out with cd collection, the pool, beach equipment, and fully stocked kitchen! It was everything we needed. Your website is very useful as well! The views are more spectacular than you can show from mere pictures, but it gives you a good sense of what to expect.

We also took advantage of the reccommendations from your website for restaurants (Old Stone Farmhouse, was the best restaurant we have been to in the caribbean!). Daydreamer day sail and jet Ski rentals, Amalie car rental, Ferry times and rates to St. John! It was a super tool for planning our vacation before arriving and everythng went smoothly. My only suggestion would be to add a map of St Thomas and St. John.

"My wife and I went to St. Thomas in May. Kiwi Villa was great with plenty of room for three couples, a large group, or family. The view is spectacular from both the rooms and the large deck area and the kitchen, dining, and living areas are roomy and well arranged. The villa is stocked with linens and towels as well as kitchen items and a Bar-B-Q grill. The pool is a wonderful way to cool off and spend some time outside. Jermaine was our guide from the airport. He was most knowledgeable about the island and very helpful when we arrived at the villa. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to return in the future."
